Welcome to Babome. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of babome.co (the "Site") and any purchases you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products & pricing
We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. Colors, dimensions, and images are provided for reference and may vary slightly from the actual item. All prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to limit or cancel quantities purchased.

3. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

4. Payment
Payment is processed securely through encrypted (SSL) third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Shipping & delivery
Shipping times, costs, and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, a portable toilet that has been used cannot be returned; unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days as described in that policy.

7. Product use & responsibility
Our products are intended for lawful personal use only. You are solely responsible for using the product safely and for disposing of any waste in accordance with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations. Improper disposal of human waste may be illegal in your area — please check local rules. We are not responsible for injury, damage, or penalties resulting from misuse, improper assembly, exceeding stated weight limits, or improper waste disposal.
